Can ICAPS be used in combination with anticlotting anticoagulant drugs?

The label clearly states “If you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) or other medications, use this product only on the advice of your physician.”

Many food supplements, including those containing vitamin E and or omega 3, as well as changes in diet can have a theoretical effect on the control of anticoagulation.

Alcon does not provide medical advice to HCPs or consumers/patients, so, in these cases, the patient’s eye care practitioner and hematologist may wish to work together to determine the correct treatment based on the individual conditions for the patient.

Do SYSTANE^® drops contain latex?

SYSTANE^® drops are not made with natural rubber latex or dry natural rubber.

Do DAILIES AQUACOMFORT PLUS contact lenses contain silicon?

The DAILIES AquaComfort Plus soft contact lens contains 31% nelfilcon A and 69% water. The light blue handling tint contains Cu-phthalocyanine. The contact lens hydrophilic material/polymer does not contain silicon.
